After graduating from Ripon High School, Albert J. Nunes went to work for his father and uncle hauling milk. From behind the wheel of a 1966 Freightliner, he worked part time to help support himself while attending Modesto Junior College. In 1970, after marrying Carol Dias, he decided to start his own company. One year later, AC Trucking began with a single truck, hauling milk from central valley dairies, to local creameries. After 15 years of business, A.C.T had the opportunity to leave the dairy industry and venture into the General Freight Business. Starting with one customer his operation soon expanded to over 100 customers in a short time.

Today, AC Trucking services a client base that encompasses all of California and surrounding states. After more than 47 years in business, we are looking forward to health and prosperity with our loyal customers and dedicated employees for another 30 years…
